Implementation
- Tasked with updating the PHP, security, and speed of a large website built internally by the company.
- Developed using Laravel, Vue, Inertia, and Axios.
- Reduced the time for a schedule to load from 10+ minutes on the old system to seconds.
- Created a Laravel API between two sites to search for related data on another site.
- Tracked what urls all online users are actively on and showed the IP they are from.

- Developed custom themes unique to each site.
- Helped plan and execute content migrations for each site.
- Iframed the main ForeverLawn “Find a Dealer” section and subsequent pages onto the sister sites and styled the content to resemble the site it is on.
- Created a customized WooCommerce store which includes the following:
- Custom products that will calculate the total square footage of the item being purchased.
- Add custom fees bases on the user or based on the square footage of an item in the cart.
- Allow for groups of users to be combined into a dealership which enables them to see the orders of other users in that dealership.
- For a handful of products, created a custom discounted price based on the dealership the user is assigned to.
- Developed a system that will email users (based on their user role) when the admins publish a post.
- Allow/Restrict user access to different parts of the site based on user roles.
- Allow adding more products to your cart without leaving the cart.

- Migrated products and old user data from the old website into WooCommerce.
- Developed a custom script that would translate the old data into a new format that would be usable in the new system.
- Helped create a testing platform where a user can buy access to a test/webinar and it will show up in their account. It allows the user to take the test and download a PDF certificate after completing the test.
- Connected to GoToWebinar API which will automatically register users for an upcoming webinar that they purchased.
- Used the GoToWebinar API to show any upcoming webinars in their account with start times and links to the webinar.

Implementation
- Researched, planned, and worked with a company to migrate thousands of complex products and orders from Magento to Woocommerce.
- Implemented ElasticPress and created search based on part numbers, UPCs, etc.

- Researched and implemented GDPR compliance for Google Analytics and any plugins used on the site.
- Created a custom GDPR compliance plugin that integrated with the custom theme. This allows for sections of the website to be loaded via AJAX only if the person browsing the website consents. Otherwise it will show a notice to consent.
